1) What is eteamz albumz, and what is Shutterfly?

eteamz has partnered with Shutterfly, the leading online digital photo service, to bring you an enhanced photo feature in eteamz called eteamz albumz.

Historically, only team website Administrators have been able to share photos on the team website. Now team members, parents and coaches can also share photos on the team website.

eteamz albumz
also allows team members to email friends and family an invitation to view recently added photos to the team website. With one click, family members can see photos from last week’s game or tournament.

Team and family members can also order prints and other exciting photo products, including Photo Books, Photo Cards, and other photo gifts, to preserve their team’s season memories gifts.

2) How do I add pictures to Shutterfly?

Go to your eteamz website and login to the Admin Albums folder.

Click on the “add photos” icon and you’ll be ready to start adding your photos.

Sign up for a Shutterfly account (or sign-in if you already have an account), then name the album you are adding.

You will then be asked whether you want to add new photos, or you can select pictures you may have already added to your Shutterfly account.

The first time you add pictures, you will be prompted to download an application that makes it easy to add dozens of pictures quickly and easily to your account.

Then simply, find the pictures you wish to add your computer, click the 'Add now' button, and your pictures will begin uploading to the website. When the transfer is complete, a confirmation message appears.

You will then be prompted, to send an email to family, friends or other team members, letting them know that new pictures are available to view.

Automatically, an album link will be displayed on your team’s albums page so team members can see the photos from the big game too!

3. Is there any limit to the amount of pictures I can upload?

No. You can upload as many pictures as you please.

4. Where are the images stored?

When you or your site visitors add images using the Shutterfly feature, those images are stored on Shutterfly's web site. They do not effect your site's storage space.

5. Do I need to sign up for a Shutterfly account to view my team’s photos?

No. You can click on the thumbnail of any album on your team’s website and view all of the photos your team has added.

If you want to order photos from an album or add your own to the team’s website a free Shutterfly account is required.

6. Do I need two separate Shutterfly accounts, one for eteamz albumz and one for my own personal use?

No, you only need one Shutterfly account. You can separately add other family and event photos that are not associated with your team by going directly to the Shutterfly website.

7. What does Shutterfly do with the information I submit when I sign up?

Your privacy is protected at all times. Please see Shutterfly's Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. What does eteamz albumz cost?

It costs nothing to use eteamz albumz, however you may decide to purchase prints and make Photo Books and Photo Gifts that will be available through Shutterfly (for which there are fees attached).

9. Do I have to use eteamz albumz to manage the photos on my team website?

No. The old eteamz photo management tools will remain on each website; however with the ease of upload, enhanced sharing features within the service, and empowerment of your team fans to share their best shots, we doubt there will be any reason not to use this on your site.

10. How will the new eteamz albumz feature affect the pictures that are already published on my site?

There will be no changes to the location of existing picture files or the display of current pictures on eteamz websites. If you want to utilize eteamz albumz to share or print any existing photos that are currently displayed on your site, you will need to upload those photos separately into Shutterfly account and then share the enhanced photos through eteamz albumz.

11. What do I use to upload images other than photos for publishing on my site?

There will be no changes to the way in which you upload other images for display throughout different areas of your site. eteamz albumz is a tool used for editing, publishing and printing photo albums and will not replace the existing process for managing logos, animations, or other design elements.

12. How do I turn off the ability for site visitors to "add photos"?

Login to your Admin Albums folder. Click "Add/Edit Albums" in the upper right side of the page. Next to "Allow site visitors to add eteamz Albumz to this site" change the selection to "no", then click "save settings".

13. How can I remove an album that a site visitor added?
