Here’s a sampling of what you can do:

• Quickly and easily upload as many photos as you like

• Share photos not only with your team, but also by email invitation to friends and family

• Get your team members and coaches more involved in viewing and sharing photos on your website

• Utilize the new editing tools to turn your photos into winners

• Order long-lasting prints and create personalized mementos featuring your favorite photos, like team season yearbooks, faithful fan gifts, and end of season DVD slideshows
All of these great features and more are now available on your eteamz website and are easy to access and use.

For the first time, you’re able to encourage your team members, parents, and coaches to upload the photos they took from last week’s game or tournament directly to your team site. They can access the albums page and click on the ‘add photos’ icon to get started. With all your informal ‘team photographers’ adding their great photos, the team’s season memories will be accessible and available for everyone to enjoy.

Once pictures are uploaded into your Shutterfly account, you’ll have instant access to a suite of new photo editing tools to make them look great. Then, order long-lasting prints, create Photo Books or make one-of-a-kind gifts with the best shots!

Step 1: Log in to your eteamz site

Step 2: Go to the Admin Albums folder in the left nav of your admin section (it’ll be easy to find because it has some orange bubbles next to it)

Step 3: Click on the “Add eteamz albumz” link at the top of the page
Step 4: Shutterfly will prompt you to either create a new account (just your name, email and password) or log into an existing Shutterfly account

Step 5: Follow the instructions for naming your album and adding photos to your account.

Step 6: Send an email from Shutterfly to parents, coaches and other fans, inviting them to come and view the album once it has been created.

Last step: After the upload and sharing is complete, return to your eteamz website and an album link to these photos will appear on your eteamz albumz albumz page.
